4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ku9999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. ku9999 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. ku9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or where required by applicable regulation.
4.4 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ku9999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. 5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's Account balance within approximately 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the wallet provider. ku9999 is not responsible for delays caused by the wallet provider's own systems.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of submission, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. 6.1 General Conditions.
